By using Oxio - Cleaner App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the app. If you access the app on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. License to Use

Oxio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
  • Use the app for unlawful or unauthorized activity.

2. Data Collection and Use

When you use Oxio, you consent to the collection of limited technical and usage data, including:

  • Device information: model, operating system version, and unique identifiers.
  • Usage data: interactions with cleaning and optimization tools.

This information is anonymized and used solely to improve app performance, enhance features, and ensure a smooth user experience.

3. App Functionality

Oxio helps maintain your device's performance by:

  • Removing junk and cache files.
  • Detecting and clearing duplicate photos and videos.
  • Freeing up storage and improving processing speed.

You are responsible for reviewing and confirming deletions. Oxio cannot be held responsible for unintended data removal caused by user actions.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Premium features are offered through in-app purchases.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
  • All payments are processed securely via Apple's in-app purchase system.

5. Updates

We may update Oxio from time to time to fix bugs, enhance performance, or introduce new features. Continued use of the app after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Oxio is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance and are not liable for damages arising from the use of the app.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Oxio if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be handled according to the relevant jurisdiction.
